Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Connect by Therapy Space ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Connect by Therapy Space is a directory service that connects individuals seeking mental health services with independent, licensed therapists who practice at Therapy Space locations. We provide a platform for discovery and initial contact only. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Independent Therapists
All therapists listed on Connect by Therapy Space are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Therapy Space. Each therapist:
- Maintains their own professional licenses and credentials
- Sets their own rates, policies, and treatment approaches
- Is solely responsible for the services they provide to their clients
- Manages their own client relationships and confidentiality obligations
No Therapist-Patient Relationship
Use of this directory does not create a therapist-patient relationship. Any relationship you establish with a therapist found through our Service is solely between you and that therapist. We do not participate in, supervise, or have any control over the therapeutic services provided.
User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting therapists
- Use the contact forms for legitimate inquiries about therapy services
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Therapist Responsibilities
Therapists who maintain profiles on the Service agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information about their credentials and services
- Maintain valid professional licenses in their state of practice
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional ethics standards
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any therapist's services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect by Therapy Space and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any therapist services obtained through the Service.
Emergency Services
This Service is not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
