She treats a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, ADHD and autism. She coordinates care by working closely with psycho-therapists, counselors, and other health care providers. She has a strong background working with children and adolescents alongside a pediatric psychiatrist, but also has a longstanding history caring for adults, the elderly and underserved. She enjoys teaching PA students for several universities.

Kasara is NCCPA double board certified (PA-C and CAQ Psy) with >15 years of experience in healthcare and a passion for helping her patients achieve their best quality of life through optimal physical and mental wellbeing. I believe in being accessible to my patients and continuously ensure same day urgent and emergency appointments for my existing patients.

What a First Session Is Like
First sessions are one hour long and we will go over your past psychiatric history. Follow up sessions are 30 minutes long and focus more on medication management and supportive therapy.
