About Tiffany

License #: 93330

You may look like you’ve got it together, but inside you’re carrying too much. I work with adults, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns, weighed down by past experiences, or unsure how to move forward. I offer trauma-informed therapy in a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to explain or minimize what you’ve been through. Together, we slow things down, help your nervous system settle, and make sense of your emotions so meaningful change can happen. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in research, while always honoring your lived experience. I have extensive experience supporting clients with trauma, family and relationship challenges, and parenting stress. Many of my clients are caregivers, parents, or people who are used to being the reliable one and are realizing they need support too. I believe healing happens in safe, authentic relationships, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self. I offer in-person therapy in Northwest Austin and Round Rock, as well as online therapy across Texas.

My Therapeutic Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that people have inherent worth and the capacity to heal, especially when they feel safe, respected, and understood. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches and tailor therapy to your unique needs. Depending on your goals, our work may include trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and relationship-focused therapy to help you better understand patterns, heal past wounds, and build healthier connections. I have specialized training in working with trauma, attachment injuries, and relationship distress, including: - EMDR and somatic approaches for trauma recovery - Attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy - Gottman Method couples therapy - Family systems and Internal Family Systems–informed work - Cognitive behavioral strategies to address anxiety, depression, and self-doubt Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, grief, relationship pain, or the lingering impact of family-of-origin or relational trauma. Therapy with me focuses on helping you feel safer in your body, clearer in your emotions, and more confident expressing your needs so you can move through life with greater ease and authenticity.

Who I Help Best

I work best with adults, couples, and families who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to look at patterns that may feel familiar but no longer serve them. Many of the people I work with are outwardly capable and responsible, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. I’m a particularly good fit for: - Adults processing trauma, grief, or the long-term impact of difficult family or relationship experiences - Parents and caregivers carrying emotional stress while trying to hold everything together - Couples navigating conflict, infidelity, emotional distance, or the effects of trauma on their relationship - Adult children of emotionally immature or unavailable parents - People recovering from emotionally harmful or controlling relationships - Individuals who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulty expressing their needs My clients often want deeper, more authentic relationships but fear conflict, rejection, or being seen as “too much.” Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel safer emotionally, and develop clearer boundaries, stronger self-trust, and more satisfying connections. If you’re looking for a therapist who is steady, compassionate, and willing to work at a thoughtful pace, we may be a good fit.

What a First Session Is Like

The first session is focused on helping you feel safe, welcome, and at ease. Many people come in feeling nervous or unsure about what to expect, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once or to have the “right” words. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to address right now. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but this is a collaborative conversation, not an interview. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with something meaningful to take with you, whether that’s a new perspective, a sense of relief, or a small shift in how you’re relating to what’s been weighing on you. I also believe therapy works best when it’s a good fit. I welcome your feedback and encourage you to share what feels helpful, what doesn’t, and what you need more or less of. This is your space, and your voice matters here. By the end of our first session, we’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what support would be most helpful moving forward.
