What a First Session Is Like
In our first session, I will ask what you are looking for, and I will share how the modalities I utilize will be used to get your body and mind to a place where you feel grounded and comfortable. Typically, I work in micro shifts of the body and mind along with titration and scaffolding. The goal is to understand if we would be a good fit. Catharsis happens when there is a therapeutic trusting relationship.
