About Linda
License #: 90890Hi, I’m Linda! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and other various issues. I approach counseling from a Christian worldview while meeting every client where they are and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and respectful of all backgrounds.
My Therapeutic Approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy because I don’t believe it’s one-size-fits-all. I draw from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approaches, tailoring sessions to your unique needs and goals. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, and I enjoy helping clients get to the root of what’s going on- not just manage symptoms, but understand them and move forward with intention.
Who I Help Best
I enjoy working with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for tools to better manage emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients as they build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen resilience.
What a First Session Is Like
The first session is focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your concerns, goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from counseling at a pace that feels comfortable. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space where we begin building trust and creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic.
