About Tiffany
License #: 271778Tiffany Willoughby is the founder and owner of Conscious Intuit, LLC. As a certified bodywork professional, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate their healing journeys through body awareness and movement. Her practice is rooted in the belief that yoga and somatic experiencing therapies are essential tools for releasing deeply held stress and physical "dis-ease.” Tiffany supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies through transformational therapies that lead to restoration and lasting well-being. Tiffany Willoughby, M.Ed., is a U.S. Marine veteran, a Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hours, and an Somatic Experiencing Professional Candidate with an Advanced I certification. Tiffany blends her background in education with therapeutic movement to help clients regulate their nervous system. She leverages decades of experience in diverse educational settings to foster deep healing through body awareness. An active practitioner of the therapies she provides, Tiffany currently teaches at UT Dallas and Shala Yoga Loft.
My Therapeutic Approach
The Somatic Experiencing International principles: grounding, resourcing, titration, and pendulation, support a client with releasing trauma and regulating their nervous system. I leverage this framework, a bottom up approach, to help clients recognize and gradually release stuck energy. A sister discipline to somatic experiencing, I also offer yoga sessions to clients interested in making a mind-body connection through movements and breath work that target physical sensations and nervous system regulation. Both somatic experience and yoga sessions safely process tension, restore emotional regulation, and rewire client's stress responses.
Who I Help Best
I work best with adult females navigating life and career changes or relationship challenges. I also work well with adults suffering from complex trauma, high functioning anxiety and panic attacks, high-achieving professionals who struggle with perfectionism and "workaholism," eating disorders, and autoimmune support.
What a First Session Is Like
During your first session, we'll start to get to know each other through a reciprocal collaborative conversation to establish trust and safety. We'll also set goals for the first session, identifying what you'd like to achieve. I'll work with you to practice simple grounding techniques, orienting, and tracking physical sensations.
