I offer trauma-informed Christian coaching, not therapy. I use Scripture with practical tools: nervous-system regulation, cognitive, behavioral, and attachment-informed work with God-honoring boundaries. We face what is happening now, honor what the past still costs you, and choose a clear next step without diagnosis or spiritual bypassing.
Who I Help Best
I focus on narcissistic abuse recovery, complex trauma, marriage after betrayal, Christian divorce recovery, codependency and boundaries, and coaching for military members, veterans, and first responders. This is coaching for adults and couples, not psychotherapy or crisis treatment. I founded Called2Rise LLC in Plano in 2020 because I have lived the cost of trauma and divorce and refused to let pain have the last word. God redeems what we bring into the light. What a First Session Is Like
Our first session is used to get to know one another, identify pain points and growth opportunities, and begin drafting a plan for healing. Like all of our sessions, it’s a relaxed conversation steeped in compassion, Truth, and hope.
