I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, creating a safe, supportive space that encourages healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
Who I Help Best
I work best with adults, couples, and families experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, and communication difficulties. What a First Session Is Like
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals to better understand your needs. Together, we'll identify priorities for treatment and begin creating a plan that supports your growth. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
