License #: 102515I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Lindsey Taylor, LPC-S. I help adolescents (12+), teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm while supporting clients in healing, growth, and moving forward with confidence. I am also passionate about helping mother's manage perinatal and postpartum issues.
My Therapeutic Approach
I use an evidence-based approach rooted in a person-centered counseling style while incorporating CBT techniques that provide practical tools and strategies for everyday challenges. Additionally, I provide trauma-informed care and sand tray therapy. I value authenticity and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported throughout the counseling process.

What a First Session Is Like
We get to know each other and discuss what brings you to counseling, your concerns, and your goals. You set the pace, there is no pressure to share everything at once. Counseling is a process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. We will create a plan by identifying goals and discuss how counseling can support you moving forward.
