About Jeanine
License #: 11755I help high-achieving Black women navigate burnout, leadership challenges, and life transitions so they can lead with confidence while protecting their peace. Perhaps you're navigating burnout, questioning your next career move, carrying the weight of leadership, or wondering why everything feels harder than it should. You may be the person everyone depends on while quietly feeling exhausted yourself. Therapy offers a place where you no longer have to carry that weight alone. I am a licensed in TN as a Senior Psychological Examiner Health Service Provider. Before entering private practice, I served in executive leadership within state government, higher education, and behavioral health systems. That experience allows me to understand not only emotional well being, but also the organizational realities that shape the lives of many professionals.

My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we'll explore patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your capacity for resilience, and help you build a life that reflects your values rather than constant performance. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Who I Help Best
I specialize in working with accomplished Black women navigating professional transitions, leadership stress, racialized workplace experiences, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I welcome people of all backgrounds who resonate with this approach. If you're ready to move beyond surviving toward truly flourishing, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Note: I am not offering couples therapy at this time.
What a First Session Is Like
In our first session I will explain practice policies, and limits to confidentiality and privacy. We will begin by getting to know each other. I will inquire about your mood (tell me how you are really doing!), ask follow-up questions about the intake questionnaire and your history. I will invite you to share your questions and concerns. I will answer your questions. I will also ask your goals for therapy and how often you want to meet. We will schedule the date and time of the next session.
