I use “depth” therapy with a person-centered approach to personalize the path to achieving your unique goals and to help you live an authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

Simply being alive can cause us to feel anxious, have relationship troubles, question our meaning, and leave us feeling like we’re not quite living up to our fullest potential. I help you navigate these uncomfortable paths to bring balance to your life and to help you grow along the way. You can also bundle to save! 4 Sessions $600 ($150 each), 8 Sessions $1120 ($140 each), 12 sessions $1560 ($130 each), 20 percent discount for Military, Veterans, and Military/Veteran Spouses. Schedule at your convenience; sessions don't expire; maximum two sessions per week. Insurance not accepted.
What a First Session Is Like
A first session is very relaxed. We will get to know each other and set the stage for our further work together. I would love to learn about your life up to now, what is discomforting you at the moment, and what you would like to get from our relationship. This is a two-way street of relationship-building, and it is my aim to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can relax, be understood, and learn about yourself so you can thrive with authenticity.
