My Therapeutic Approach
“Therapy of the soul.” I integrate existential depth psychotherapy and archetypal psychology with holistic, integrative techniques to help identify and process underlying causes of symptoms rather than focus on symptoms themselves. We can incorporate optional, non-clinical projective tools to help you consider potentially underlying energies.
