About Jordan
License #: 2230Hey hey! I work with women who want to live with peace, show up authentically, and grow in their relationships with themselves and others. I work alongside women navigating anxiety, burnout, and ADHD. I also enjoy helping couples build trust and strengthen their communication. If you’re looking for a therapist who is welcoming, empathetic, compassionate, and brings a sense of fun to sessions, you’ve come to the right place. My goal is to empower you to grow in your relationship with yourself and others. I listen, ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge my clients, provide psychoeducation, and guide them through exercises designed to practice what they’ve learned. Together, we’ll celebrate the growth you achieve through your hard work and dedication to the process.

My Therapeutic Approach
INFORMATIVE I use evidence-based practices rooted in research to empower clients to make informed decisions about their mental health care. COLLABORATIVE You are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll work towards the goals we set in our sessions. ENCOURAGING I encourage clients as they learn, grow, and build confidence in their ability to create lasting change. Who I Help Best
I support women who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. You might appear to have it all together on the outside, but inside, you’re weighed down by life’s responsibilities. You’re in need of rest but unsure how to truly incorporate it into your life. Maybe you’ve been running on autopilot, focusing on others’ needs while neglecting your own. You’re familiar with your role as a caregiver, but do you know who you are and what you need outside of that role? I work with women who want to live with peace, show up authentically, and grow in their relationships with themselves and others. I help couples better communicate and trust. I help clients work toward a more balanced, peaceful, and satisfying life where they feel more in control of what they can control. In our sessions, you can expect empathy, intentional questions, gentle challenges, compassion, laughter, and encouragement. I also offer the option to integrate their Christian faith into our sessions. As a Black woman, I understand the importance of feeling safe in vulnerability and I strive to provide that safety to all my clients. While therapy can be challenging at times, it can also be rewarding, insightful, and even fun. The work you do in therapy has the power to impact your future self and your relationships in meaningful ways.
What a First Session Is Like
After reaching out to schedule an appointment, we’ll have our first intake session where we’ll dive into your story and the goals you’d like to achieve in therapy. I work with clients to cultivate hope for their future by providing tools and resources that support healing and progress toward their ideal life. Most clients notice a positive change within the first few sessions and continue to make steady progress. While the work can be challenging, it’s rewarding!
