I am a dual-certified nurse practitioner. I am board-certified in PMHNP (psychiatric mental health) and FNP (family practice). I am also certified in treating ADHD from PESI (ADHD-CCSP) and have finished a Master Psychopharmacology program from NEI. I have been a clinician since 2018. I am partnered with Genesight to provide gene testing to interested patients who would like to know how genetics apply to their current or future psychiatric medications. I am licensed in 12+ states in the US and am knowledgeable in different state laws and practices concerning psychiatry. I do not prescribe any CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES(Xanax, Ativan, Adderall, Ritalin, VYVANSE, clonazepam, suboxone, ETC.). I am unable to do work/school related paperworks, disability, ADA, court mandated eval or any ESA forms. I am unable to do any neuropsych evaluiation for autism/adhd

I help adults, single parents, and any family system balance the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a therapist, I strive to be the mediator that propels others forward. My goal is to help others tap into their flow state and become their optimal selves. This is possible by acknowledging how our prior experiences have shaped us, conditioning our strongest beliefs about ourselves and others. We become our best when we begin to heal from this conditioning and forge a new way of living that serves needs without taking away from others. Anyone working with me will undoubtedly experience feeling of being truly heard, seen, understood, informed, challenged, and given a space to freely express thoughts and feelings without judgement or condemnation. Clients will be able to increase their awareness of self, identify barriers to progress, and be equipped with the skills necessary to cope with presenting problems.

My schedule offers flexibility, including evenings and weekends because I know life doesn’t pause when we need help the most.
