My name is Vivia M. Brown, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's in Counseling from Liberty University. I am the founder of Connective Counseling Services, LLC, where I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe that healing happens in connection — with yourself, with others, and with the life you want to live. I serve clients in Texas in person and via telehealth, and I also offer virtual sessions to clients in Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Colorado. I work with teens (13+), adults, couples, and families, and I am committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care to every client I serve.

I have a strong clinical focus in working with trauma survivors, including those living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I also offer EMDR therapy, a powerful, research-backed approach to healing trauma, distressing memories, and emotional overwhelm. When working with children and teens, I recognize the importance of family dynamics and often involve parents in the therapeutic process to support lasting change.
