Since 2002, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging, confusing, and unexpected moments. I began in case management and transitioned to clinical work in 2008. Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including schools, hospitals, jails, and community mental health programs. I have witnessed a great deal and, more importantly, learned a lot about people, resilience, and what it truly takes to help someone heal. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology. However, my real-life experiences in the field shape my work just as much as my formal education does. My approach is fundamentally humanistic and existential, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you reconnect with that understanding. I am fully present in the room with you, curious about your inner world, and committed to meeting you exactly where you are.
