Zilla Henricksen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. With over five years of experience in outpatient psychiatry, and six years in Family Medicine, she specializes in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and mood disorders.

My name is Andrea Clemens, LMFT, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Director specializing in maternal mental health. I work with women, couples, and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, birth trauma, and pregnancy and infant loss. As Clinical Director, I am deeply committed to maintaining high standards of ethical, evidence-based care while fostering a practice culture grounded in compassion and clinical excellence. I provide supervision and guidance to clinicians that are passionate about supporting therapists who serve families.

Aside from being a therapist, I'm also a mom, an immigrant daughter and an avid reader. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021. Having grown up in the heart of the diverse immigrant community, I've also spent over 10 years volunteering and serving immigrant and refugee families through various organizations. Since entering the mental health field, my passion has only grown to close the gap in access to mental health care for individuals and families. In an effort to help close that gap, I offer reduced rates for those clients that need it. Therapy should be accessible to everyone!

Becoming a therapist was my second and chosen career over a decade ago. Before entering the field, I spent many years working as a consultant and experienced firsthand the value of therapy in my own life. Those experiences shaped the therapist I am today. I bring both clinical training, experience as a therapist and life experience to my work. I've been married for over 20 years, am the parent of two adult children, and continue to believe that our greatest opportunities for growth often come through our relationships. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, engaged, and deeply curious. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to bring your whole self—without fear of judgment.

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes old patterns keep us stuck in places we don’t want to be. I help individuals, couples, and families untangle those patterns and create healthier ways of living and relating. My style is empathetic, intuitive, and a little playful. I’ll listen deeply, but I’ll also challenge you and bring creativity into the process. Hello, I'm Sarah Fowler, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of The Art of Healing Therapy. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs because therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic techniques, experiential therapies, and The Gottman Method when they support your goals. During our first 90-minute session, we'll get to know one another, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying where you'd like to go. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you—you don't need to have everything figured out or share your entire story in one session. My hope is that you'll leave feeling understood, with a clearer sense of how we can work together and at least one practical tool or insight to support you between sessions.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University and specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I am passionate about walking alongside anxious parents as they cope with overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship strain, and the many transitions that come with growing a family. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, allowing me to help partners strengthen communication and connection during this season of change. I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I like to collaborate with each client to build practical, meaningful tools that reduce anxiety, foster confidence, and support emotional well-being throughout their parenting journey.

Aspen received a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University and brings a wealth of experience and training to her practice. She has completed Gottman Level One Method Couples Therapy training and Prepare and Enrich Facilitator Training, equipping her with valuable tools to support couples. Aspen has also completed specialized training in Postpartum Depression and Related Disorders. Aspen has also facilitated the New Moms' groups and Mommy mixers, offering compassionate support to the group attendees as they navigate their transition into motherhood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee. I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and am passionate about working with clients throughout the perinatal period. With my background in both neuroscience and social work, I help clients understand how their brain works and how our environment, relationships, and physical well-being all influence mental health.
