I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and board certified executive coach (MDiv, MSMFT, LMFT, BCC,) with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of faith, psychology, and human flourishing. Based in Frisco, TX, I specialize in anxiety treatment for individuals, couples, and families, using the Restoration Therapy model, EMDR, and contemplative approaches to help clients move beyond symptom management toward lasting relational healing. I am the co-founder of the Turning from Anxiety Intensive, a member of the RT Core Leadership Team, and co-host of the RT Dialogue podcast. I have trained therapists and leaders nationwide and speak regularly to audiences in ministry, corporate, and clinical settings. My executive coaching clients have included Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and Chick-fil-A. I am the author of The Anxious Christian and What It Means to Be a Man (Moody Publishers), and co-author of publications in partnership with Pepperdine University's Boone Center for the Family. I hold dual master's degrees — an MDiv and an MSMFT from Fuller Theological Seminary — and am licensed in both Texas and Colorado. I live in McKinney, TX with his family. When not in the office, you'll find me on the trails running ultramarathons or exploring the outdoors.
